Indie platformer Braid coming to PS3

Like Castle Crashers, Jonathan Blow’s poignantly beautiful platformer Braid made waves when it hit the Xbox Live Arcade last year. Again just like Castle Crashers, it’s now heading to the Sony PlayStation 3 console.

A German USK listing showing a PS3 release for Braid was recently spotted by NeoGAF member Fortinbras. A rep from Hothead Games, the publisher behind the game’s Mac version, has subsequently confirmed it as real.

The Hothead representative declined to give out a release date, but he did confirm that the game will be available in the US as well as Europe.
