Interstellar Marines gets playable demo at GDC
Even though there’s been little news about Zero Point Software‘s Interstellar Marines (PS3, Xbox 360, PC), we just got word that the game is not dead. In fact, it’s going to be alive and kicking during the upcoming Game Developers Conference. Details in the full article.
If you think that the game was going to be lost in space forever, you might think again. Zero Point Software‘s Interstellar Marines (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) is going to make an appearance during the GDC as a playable demo.
This sci-fi hybrid FPS combines cooperative gameplay and the military realism of tactical shooter games. Along with this, gamers will be able to experience character development and narrative depth of RPGs as well.
Those who will be participating in the upcoming GDC will be treated to the playable demo and new trailers that will highlight the gameplay and some of its features.
With the recent developments currently happening to it, Kim Haar Jorgensen, Game Director at Zero Point, commented:
Interstellar Marines has come a long way since we released our proof-of-concept trailer. We’ve invested a lot of resources in getting the GDC demo right, and it goes a long way to show how Interstellar Marines will push the FPS genre forward in terms of player immersion and campaign cooperative gameplay.
