Japan PS3 game prices announced
With the Japanese launch of the PS3 nearing ground zero, Sony has announced the price for the much-awaited launch titles Resistance: Fall of Man and Genji: Days of the Blade. According to Sony, both games will be on sale for Â¥ 5980 (US$ 50). They’ve also confirmed that Motorstorm, set for release on December 7, will also be sold at the same price. This announcement puts an end to speculations that Sony just might give in to the temptation of tagging the games almost at US$ 60.
Meanwhile, Sega also revealed that Sega Golf Club, a launch title, will be available for ¥ 7140 (US$ 60), as well as Sonic the Hedgehog, which is set to be out on December 21.
Well, it certainly looks as if there’s no stopping the PS3 from finally going out of its box and into gamers’ hands. So rack up those piggy banks and start shelling out cash for these awesome games.
