Johny5 All-In-One Flasher v2.1

Johny5 ALIVE! AIO FLasher v2.1 - Image 1Johny 5 is alive! That last we heard of the homebrew developer was when he released his All-In-One Flasher v1.0 that was fresh right out of beta. Right now, he’s back with Johny5 All-In-One Flasher v2.1, and you might be asking: whatever happened between v1.0 and v2.1?

As he admits, he didn’t release the previous updates because they were unstable. This current version though works better now, and to keep everyone updated, here’s a changelog of both the current version (v2.1) and the previously unreleased v2.0:

(v2.1)

  • Added Security to auto-exit with psp unites with higher – higher than 3.40 oe-a.

(v2.0)

  • Added support for firmware 3.30oe and 3.40oe!!
  • Added support for flashing topmenu with security so wrong topmenu isn’t flashed.
  • Added support for “complete theme flashing”
  • Now separates backup_function prx files corresponding with their firmware.

He also notes that he’s added a Logo remover/gameboot debrander, but this he credits to Homer. And as always, since this is a firmware-flashing app (compiled from other developers which he credits as well), make sure you take a good look at the readme included. You wouldn’t want a “short circuit” if you get my drift. FLASHING YOUR PSP MAY CAUSE IT TO BRICK.
