JUMP DUCK LINK v.1 for PSP

After his stint with The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, it looks like Link is doing some PSP homebrew side-scrolling action with the help of developer waywardson. The veteran Lua coder has come up with his newest game, JUMP DUCK LINK v.1, which pits Link as he jumps and ducks his way through a never ending level full of bees, trees and Rupees. While it’s not exactly The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, it does star one of Nintendo’s biggest mascots in an addicting 2D-platformer game for the PSP. Developer waywardson has come up with a rather amusing side-scrolling homebrew game with  JUMP DUCK LINK v.1.

As you can guess from the title, you basically control Link as he jumps and ducks past his way in a never ending side-scrolling level while collecting Rupees along the way. While the game doesn’t exactly offer a lot in terms of variety, the developer promises that he’ll be adding more stuff to it soon.

This rather simple side-scroller still offers a lot of challenge as you can play any of three difficulty levels as you try to beat your previous high score running through the game.
