Jump Ultimate Stars Images Jumps Up V-Jump

Japanese magazine V-Jump has released some new images of Jump Ultimate Stars on Nintendo DS. This second installment features a number of characters from the popular Jump Manga. Not surprisingly, it comes with the same graphic style in 2d, and the prediction is that even the gameplay will be a lot like the original.

Reportedly, there will be 300 total characters and 40 mangas represented in the game. The main difference this time though, is that Jump Ultimate Stars will be featuring online play through WiFi. Another new feature is the ability to switch pre-selected characters in and out of battle simply be using the L and R buttons.

Ganbarion is the developer of JUS, which will be out in come winter 2006.
