Lineage II update notes from NCsoft

NCsoft recently updated its popular MMORPG Lineage II to the 1st Throne expansion. If you missed it, there’s no reason to worry. We’ve got some notes from the NCsoft official Lineage site to help you get everything in shape. Helpful notes follow in the full article.

If you haven’t logged on to your Lineage II account, you may have missed the recent update that the game has undergone. Called The 1st Throne: The Kamael, this update adds a lot of new content to deepen the MMO experience that the game brings.

To help you out with the transition, NCsoft has published these instructions on their official Lineage II site. Follow them and you should be okay:

• Update your game client through the game updater.
• You can also download the full The 1st Throne game client from FilePlanet.
• Download the PTS to Live Conversion file from the official web site if you played on The 1st Throne Public Test Server. Be sure to “Check Files” to make sure you download all necessary files.

Note that these changes will happen when you update to The 1st Throne:

• Your characters will be moved to the closest village. Chaotic characters will be re-located outside of the nearest village or to Floran Village.
• Replays from Interlude will no longer be viewable with The 1st Throne.
