Live tech support hours for January 15 and 16
According to Nethaera over on the official WoW forums, live technical support hours for World of Warcraft will be undergoing a bit of reshuffling this coming week.
On Monday, January 15, live tech support will not be available due to the observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Tuesday’s arrival of Burning Crusade, on the other hand, will result in extended support hours from 9 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. PST. Blizzard‘s support team will also be working the following Saturday to better assist players.
Over the next couple of weeks, live technical support hours will be as follows:
- Tuesday, January 16 – Saturday, January 20, 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. PST
- Monday, January 22 – Friday, January 26, 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. PST
