Loads of Oblivion magazine scans

It’s a total cliche to tell you folks that pictures are worth a thousand words, but I might as well repeat it for emphasis’ sake. We got some mind-blowing magazine scans of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, straight from Playstation U.S. There’s obviously far less graphics overhaul involved, as gamers are hoping for the developers to merely correct the bugs in the earlier versions of the game.

Oblivion is an open-ended sandbox game where players are allowed to explore all the 16 square miles of territory, develop and evolve their own characters, and interact with NPCs, among other things. As the player levels up, most of the enemies, quests, and treasures become just as increasingly more difficult and challenging to beat or obtain. One of the main differences that this fourth installment of the Elder Scrolls series is that Oblivion now marks all locations on the player’s map, showing them exactly where to go to continue the quest. This is so players will find their quest objectives in Morrowind far easier.

The game, as we all know it already, is set for a United States release in November, along with the PS3 console. And I won’t bother you with more blah-blah. Just take a look at the scans here.

More scans await after the jump.
