Lord of Arcana to be developed in-house by Square Enix

Checking with the comments section on his post at the PlayStation Blog, brand manager Rob Rutter made it clear that “It’s an in-house dev’d game,” which might mean that the game does have the potential to push the PSP to the limit like they’re promising.
