Main man John Woo talks about Stranglehold (video)
We’ve given you lots of goodies for the upcoming Midway Games-developed Stranglehold (PS3, Xbox360) — you have the theatrical trailer, the gameplay montage from Gamers’ Day, screens, and even got the game director to dish out details about the game.
While all those things gave us useful insights into the stuff we can look forward to, it’s still different (and not to mention waaay cooler) to get these insights from the main man himself, and director extraordinaire John Woo. Originally tagged as the sequel to Hard-Boiled, Stranglehold will put you in close proximity to Mr. Cuervo as you take on the role of Inspector Tequila whilst pulling off kickass combat moves that is very distinctive of John Woo’s fight scene styles.
The game is slated for a Q2 2007 release, so while we wait for the game’s release, sit back and chill as John Woo talks you through the whole Stranglehold experience. Enjoy!
