In a recent talk with Microsoft, Capcom has confirmed that the next-gen console manufacturer has finally allowed them to work with a larger file size limit for both Bionic Commando: Rearmed and Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix.

Because of the 150MB file size limit imposed by Microsoft for both games, Capcom had to make several allowances just to fit in all the features they announced for the two remade titles on the XBLA. This is definitely good news for gamers who want to see all the best features and graphical parity with the different iterations available on other platforms.

However, just because Capcom finally got their way with the XBLA version of both games it doesn’t mean that we’ll be seeing more larger sized titles on the platform. Microsoft mentioned that “they do not see a need to change their policies anytime soon”. It was further explained that Microsoft will be working closely with all its partners and provide a case-to-case basis whether any new titles should warrant another file size exception.
