Modules to be removed from certain Eve Online ships during downtime
Eve Online players may want to know that CCP will be unfitting ships based on the changes made during the Trinity expansion. If you have any ships with fittings that shouldn’t be there, you’ll probably want to remove them before CCP does it for you.
The affected ships after the jump!
Eve Online players may want to know that certain ships will be getting their fittings removed on February 6. This is due to the changes made CCP Games‘ Trinity expansion, which changed the modules available on certain ships.
Here’s a list of the affected ships in the expansion:
- Eos – changed to: 7/4/6 – 2 turret hardpoints removed.
- Nidhoggur – changed to: 5/5/6
- Ares – changed to: 3/3/4
- Rook – changed to: 5/7/3
- Nightmare – changed to: 6/7/5 – 4 launcher hardpoints removed.
- Phantasm – changed to: 5/6/3 – 3 launcher hardpoints removed.
- Succubus – changed to: 4/4/2 – 2 launcher hardpoints removed.
CCP also wants you to note that “all fitted modules of ships that have too many modules for their slots will be placed in the ship’s cargo hold.”
Now would be a good time to remove any excess fittings from any ships you have which will be affected by the upcoming downtime, just to make sure you don’t lose anything.
