Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G DLC: Dual Hypnocks and Velociprey-mania

Capcom has released two new downloadable challenges for Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G. The first challenge will have you facing off against two Hypnocks, while the other will have you hunting down a pack of Velociprey. The latter challenge may sound overly easy, until you hear of the extra twist that’s been added to keep it interesting. Details are available in the full article

 
Don’t look now, but Capcom is readying another pair of special downloadable challenges for the guys who play Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G. The first DLC being made available is titled “Hypnock Melee.” As its name implies, you will be tackling 2nd G‘s Hypnock wyvern.

It shouldn’t be too big a challenge for the vets, although given you’ll be fighting two of them, you will want to be wary of its sleep gas. The second DLC, dubbed “Challenge Quest 09,” will have you hunting down a pack of Velociprey in the battle arena.

A Diablo will also been thrown in to complicate matters, so you may want to keep your eyes peeled. Both “Hypnock Melee” and “Challenge Quest 09” are expected to be available for download in Japan today (July 18). Check back with us again in case we catch wind of any more DLC that might be getting prepared for 2nd G.
