More Half-Life 2: Orange Box screenshots for the eager
For those of you who are eagerly awaiting the release of Electronic Arts‘ and Valve Corporation‘s Half-Life 2: Orange Box, sorry, but the release window is still a vague Q4 2007.
For those who aren’t fans of the franchise and but are curious about why people are waiting for the Orange Box, be informed that the Orange Box comes with Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode One, Half Life 2: Episode Two, add on levels, some bonus content, Portal, and Team Fortress 2. Now that’s a whole lot.
If you’re curious as to how all of that will look like, below are several screenshots of the video game’s physics engine in action (including a whole house – not just a crate – getting smashed to bits), and up-close stills of Alyx’s DOG leaping at a tripod. Scan through them if you’re eager to get a preview, or, check ’em out if you’re curious about what Half-Life 2 is all about. Enjoy!
Check out the rest of the screens to see what HL2 is all about!
