More Wii SNAFU: Wii now available in Glasgow
What is it about Nintendo’s Wii that makes stores commit one SNAFU after another? Earlier, CompUSA mis-priced the console on its website by several hundred dollars. Now QJ reader badam tipped us on this amusing Wii SNAFU at a store in Glasgow, Scotland.
According to Gamestation’s Wii Countdown Clock, the console is already available there – ahead of the rest of the world. But don’t head for the home of the Loch Ness Monster just yet. Judging from the absence of Scots stampeding for their units, it’s safe to assume the Wii Countdown Clock has gone a little cuckoo.
Either that or the store’s employees are conducting a Wii Drill to help them cope with the mad rush on actual D-Day. After all, no one wants to see men in kilts climbing all over each other.
