Multiplayer Demo for Command and Conquer 3
It’s been a long time since Command and Conquer had a firm hold on RTS games, but with the future release of Command and Conquer 3:Tiberian Wars, at least there’s a good chance we’ll get to finally finish off Kane and everyone else on the NOD side once it’s ready to play.
In Tiberian Wars, the situation with the alien resource known as tiberium has led to even more devastation, as its influence over the land has grown. Your mission becomes one of either annihilation or salvation: to destroy the tiberium slowly infesting the world as a member of the GDI, or to salvage and amass tiberium for your own ends within the Brotherhood of NOD. Good stuff, that basic story. Hopefully, we’ll get more fleshing out of it in the coming months.
For now, though, Gamevideos has recently released a trailer for the game, featuring the good old system every RTS gamer enjoys most of all the features… brand-spanking new multiplayer!
