New European VC titles: balloons, Lolos, and spaceships

Balloon Fight - Image 1It looks like this week’s European virtual console releases has some variety. Since there doesn’t seem to be any overall theme behind this week’s releases, let’s get straight to the point and talk about our three games: Balloon Fight, Adventures of Lolo, and Dead Moon.

In the classic Balloon Fight game, you’re an intrepid aerial balloonist with two balloons stuck to your pants. You get to take on difficult missions where your objective is to take down all the other balloon-flying enemies because they’re all out to burst your bubble, so to speak.

Adventures of Lolo is far more straightforward. As the brave Prince Lolo, you’ve been tasked with rescuing Princess Lala from the Great Devil by solving puzzles, surpassing obstacles, and taking down anything that gets between you and your lady love.

Lastly, Dead Moon is a space shooter that puts you in spaceship as you try to defend the earth from alien invaders. Players must go through six levels, upgrading their weapons along the way, as they try to find the source of the alien scourge and put an end to it once and for all.

Balloon Fight and Adventures of Lolo both cost 500 Wii Points, whereas Dead Moon will set you back 600. Enjoy!
