New Nintendo web game recommended for play on Wii Browser
This cutesy game of not-so-cutesy bomb-lobbing, TV-dropping and chick-smashing fun was just recently released by Nintendo for play on the Wii’s Internet browser. It may look kiddy, but we assure you, it’s a real treat! Wallpapers for download could be won for each level completed, although we’re not exactly sure if that’s all being offered as prizes for scrambling Poster Bunny’s chicks back to wherever they came from.
Your options in Nintendo and extra toxic’s Chick Chick Boom are severely limited on the early levels as to how you’re going to defeat Poster Bunny’s lackeys over on the right side of the battlefield, but the game itself has a lot of humor up its sleeves for random chick termination. Draw a “Weight” on your board (like gestures done in Lionhead’s Black & White), and watch everything from a recliner to a TV set to even an elephant that’ll squash black chicks to a pulp!
Rankings are held live and online, so you can see how you fare against other gamers out there, including best weapon stats to date. Everything from Weights, Bombs, Lightning, Toadstools and Balloons can be used to your delight. But beware: even if Poster Bunny has trouble drawing his symbols from the start, he does learn pretty quick.
It’s not violent, but it’s hella’ fun even on your normal PC web browser. There have been reports of issues loading the game on Wii’s Opera browser, so we’re not exactly sure if it’s already complete for interested Wii gamers out there. The synthy, background music is a catchy tune, however, so if you could hop over right over to the site via the “Read” link below, you might just be bobbing your head to the bouncy melody.
