New screenshots of Donkey Jet

Today we got a few more screenshots from the upcoming Nintendo Wii title Donkey Jet. Formerly known as Donkey Kong Bongo Blast (which is far cooler than the new title, IMO), Donkey Jet features fast barrel-racing action in 16 different courses and seven different worlds.

As with pretty much any racing game before it, the goal is to get to the finish line before anybody else does. The fun lies in how you plan to get there. It’s essentially a free-for-all: you can slam into other racers to set them off-course and they can and will do the same to you.

Donkey Jet is slated for a June 28 release in Japan. In the meantime, check out the new screenshots below.
