New Wii games shown in retailer report?
Good news to Star Wars fans: Rumor Reporter received some pictures from a Hollywood Insider, showing some Nintendo Wii titles yet to be officially announced. If the screens below are to be believed, there is a new Star Wars game coming for the Wii: Star Wars Force Unleashed. There are already announced versions of the said game for the PS3, Xbox 360, and DS.
Other “new” titles for the Wii include Rebel Raiders, which could be a port of a PS2 flight combat simulation of the same title released last year. There is also Pool Party /w Pool Cue, which gives us an impression that this game comes with an add-on device that can act as a cue stick (hmm, this may be added to the list of games potentially harmful to TV sets).
Showtime Boxing is also included in the set of pictures (yay, more Wii workouts) as well as Super Pickups, a truck racing sim also to be released on PS2.
While we cannot tell for sure if the images are real or not, bet that we’ll be looking for more details about these supposed new games for the Nintendo Wii. Stay tuned!
