New X360 bundles for Australia
Amidst Microsoft‘s headaches which include the alleged cost hike of making an X360 unit and the single-sided double-layer disc piracy, the company is still feeling a bit generous and enthusiastic as it just announced new bundles for their Australian market. Aside from the usual holiday campaign, Microsoft is bracing itself up a little tighter this time, with the release of PS3 in Japan with the Wii soon to follow.
To front line its holiday offers is the Xbox 360 Massive Entertainment Pack that will cost AU$769.95 or roughly around U.S.$590.50. Included in the package are the X360 wireless video game and entertainment system, an additional wireless controller and two titles – Project Gotham Racing 3 and Dead or Alive 4. When the each individual pricing are added up, the whole package actually provides buyers a saving of AU$100.
There is another pack available. The other pack, the Xbox 360 Family Fun Pack, costs less (AU$499.95) and is less extravagant. The package includes the console, one wireless controller, and the game Kameo: Elements of Power. This pack will be available beginning November 16 while the former can actually be purchased now.
