Nintendo: More Wii Balance Board-based titles coming up
One of the more interesting things that came out of E3 is Nintendo‘s new video game Wii Fit. Basically, this game can be compared to an interactive weight loss program with a lot of activities available to make the experience a lot more fun that just plain exercise.
This title comes with a peripheral known as the Wii Balance Board. Speaking of which, we found out a couple of things about the said accessory. First and foremost, the Balance Board will actually be taking your weight prior to any exercise.
At this point, you have to stand still and straight or your weight will register zero – meaning an error. Being a wireless device, it is logical to think that the board will be powered by an external source. True enough, players will be needing four AA batteries. Nintendo hasn’t revealed any more details regarding battery life yet.
Several representatives also mentioned that other titles will be based around the Wii Balance Board in the future. We’re seeing some surfing games or something coming our way. How about you?
