Nokia Aeon: Future in the works
The research and development division of every company holds many secrets. It ranges from world-changing ideas (regardless if feasible or not) to groundbreaking thoughts, to the sometimes laughable concepts. It is good to know that the R&D department of the world’s largest manufacturer of mobile phones is not dabbling with the latter and is working very hard to be listed under the former.
Finland-based Nokia currently displays a pet project at their website that is under working title Nokia Aeon. The most noticeable and promising feature of this unit is a touchscreen that stretches over the full surface area of the phone. Unfortunately, we can furnish no other details regarding this, save for the eye-candy pictures above. (We know you just uttered “wow.”) Don’t worry, we’ll update you on the latest as soon as the word gets out.
