Oblivion screenies from the PS3

Yes, yes, now we’ve heard the numerous, persistent rumors that Bethesda Softworks was planning to release the year-old Elder Scrolls‘ legend on the Playstation 3. And after all the deaths and resurrections of the rumors – and after Bethesda shot down the rumors stating that Oblivion would only be available for the PC and XBox 360 – Bethesda finally gave way and allowed Oblivion to come out for the PS3.

And while RPG fans on the PS3 wait for the the delayed release of the launch in Q1 of 2007, they could be wondering, would the PS3 version look just as great at the previous ones? Well, they can find out for themselves now.

There are rumors coming out that these same screens came out in last November 2006 in a yet unnamed Playstation magazine. While we’re not particularly sure about that, we’re sure the screens were captured from the PS3 port of Oblivion.
