Official Halo Novel Cover Spotted
This just in: the official front and back cover novel design of Ghosts of Onyx!!!
Yeah, we know, you’re probably thinking “what the hell is up with the blank white square on the back?!” Actually, the front cover is as official as it gets, but the back is not yet finalized and is still subject to change.
Now that the new Halo novel is done, what’s next for Eric Nylund? Hmm…let’s see…there’s a new novel in the works called Mortal Coils, which is a 200,000-word contemporary fantasy, and also a pending deal for a comic book series with four issues. And, he’s also working with Microsoft on a new game. For those who do not know, Eric Nylund works for Microsoft Game Studios as a writer where his job is mainly to handle story consultation, develop character and story bibles, and write game manuals and scripts.
Nylund’s “Signal” books are still hot stuff and continue to spark interest in Hollywood circles. Nylund reveals that he’s written a screenplay or two as well, and is hoping that his novels will someday make it to the silver screen. Hmm…that’s definitely something to look forward to, don’t cha think?
