It goes for six pages, so if you want comprehensive, then this is as comprehensive as it gets. But not only do you get a closer look at the most-anticipated PS3 title this year (or at least its early half), there’s also a highly collectible holographic wallet that comes with the February issue, emblazoned with an image of a Helghast trooper, shifting colors as the light catches it.

Says Tim Clark, EIC for the OPM UK:

Killzone 2 is without doubt the best looking game on the PlayStation 3, and we wanted to come up with a treatment that mirrored the visual voodoo which the development team at Guerilla Games has pulled off. we couldn’t be happier with the final results.

And Sony‘s got something to say too. Something about the PS3 the only console for Killzone 2:

Killzone 2 has been a long time in the making, and best showcases why PlayStation 3 is the only console powerful enough to deliver a ground-breaking title of this nature. Who better to partner with than the Official PlayStation Magazine, in order to offer the readers a special collectors edition issue. It’s a great way to celebrate the launch of this milestone game.

Do I smell a perfect rating just around the corner? But whether or not Killzone 2 gets the perfect one-oh, it’s definitely gonna join LBP and Resistance 2 in making Sony proud.
