Optimus Prime in Assassin’s Creed, transform and roll out!
One shall stand, one shall fall! (Why throw away your life so recklessly?) That’s a question you should ask yourself, Megatron!
A couple of gamers have already noticed that strange little nook in Assassin’s Creed‘s (PS3, Xbox 360) city of Damascus. It’s Optimus Prime trying to pass off as a wooden building! The year is 1191 and Altair is hopping about the city of Damascus. Lo and behold, he comes face to face with none other than Optimus Prime himself – in his wooden-shutter reincarnation, that is. Yes. Just like how Easter eggs can be found in Halo 3, so are they found in Assassin’s Creed.
Now that the game’s been released for the PS3 and Xbox 360, a couple of gamers have already noticed that strange little nook in the city of Damascus. You might want to go look for it yourself. Is it an Easter egg from Ubisoft perhaps? You know how playful some devs can be at times. And if so, we just have to ask… is Jade Raymond a Transformers fan too? Or maybe this is just plain coincidence? Well, whatever the case, it’s still worth checking out.
Assassins, convert and roll out! [cue music] “You got the touch! You got the poweeeer!”
