Pandora Installer for 3.xx kernels – Pandora Tools for PSP Slim
Homebrew developer Hellcat announced that he has created Pandora Installer for 3.xx kernels. Basically, this application is for a base Pandora setup and runs under any kernel from 1.50 to 3.71. It gives users the ability to:
- Create a Pandora battery
- Undo the changes done to a Pandora battery
- Install a full 1.50 to the memory stick including the Pandora
For those who are wondering, this installer will work even for PSP Slim and on CFW 3.71 M33. Furthermore, the developer pointed out that users should never try to run this application using the PSP Slim and Lite’s battery because it will not work and destroy the battery. Hellcat added the following reminder:
Since this installer installs a full 1.50, and not only a subset like the original installer, you’re only one tiny file edit away from booting a full 1.50 from your memstick to run additional tools or installers from there before/instead of directly flashing your PSP.
At this point, let me suggest to install the “Extended Pandora Menu”
Download the program and try it out. Just make sure to go over the Readme file to avoid breaking your battery or causing harm to your handheld.
