PBP Easy Installer v1.4 for PSP

Japanese authors y_t and Alpha have released a new version of their PBP Easy Installer program, version 1.4. This new version has many updates that worldlingo will be sure to butcher such as:

– Wallpaper support
– Corrected freezing when FTP to multi-thread converting operation
– Indication of cancelling while uploading
– Correction of a file lock
– FTP speed increase
– Error when IP address is wrong
– Corrected network error
