Two major updates from Flying Lab Software‘s Pirates of the Burning Sea have just come out. The first being a few clarifications regarding the European server list, and the other one being the release of the patch notes for build 1.0.29.
The European Server list has once again been updated. The developers have revealed four new language specific servers as well as how in-game events will be conducted on each one.
The four servers: Bellamy (Spanish), Bonnet (French), Myngs (German), and Sharp (English) will only conduct events in the specified language. If you want to play the MMORPG on servers which cater to multiple languages, you can do so by logging into the Historical European Servers Roberts and Hornigold. Events on those two servers will be held in a combination of Spanish, French, German and English.
The best news about all of this though, is that players are not restricted by their geographic location. That means that it is completely possible for someone who lives in the U.S. to play the game in French.
Moving on, we have the patch notes for version 1.0.29.0. From all indications, the latest build seems to have focused more on combat balancing and rewards. Among the changes include the removal of initiative decay, the strengthening of both level 12 and 16 grunts, as well as changes to the Mark of Victory drops in PvP.
Of course, there were other changes done to the game such as some bug fixes and ship tweaking. If you want to see the entire patch notes, don’t hesitate to follow our source link which will take you there.
