PlayStation Home update 1.35 launches tomorrow

Thursday is always PlayStation Day. New games, big and small DLC, and every little thing will have to wait until Thursday, when the PlayStation Store regularly updates. Tomorrow will be a little bit bigger than usual, because another end of the PlayStation Network will be getting an update. By tomorrow, PlayStation Home will be updated to 1.35.

Tomorrow will be a little bit bigger than usual, because another end of the PlayStation Network will be getting an update. By tomorrow, PlayStation Home will be updated to 1.35.

 

Taking feedback from the community, Sony will be implementing these changes to better suit the users’ needs. The new client update will improve the service’s navigation system right from the menus, the login process, all the way to the rather lengthy load time. Right off the XMB, you will be directed to “a new intuitive navigator” without having to click through message screens.

 

Other additions include:

• Favorites: Personalize your own section to make locating your favorite places quick and simple.
• Personal Spaces: Your clubhouses and personal spaces are now right at your fingertips. The personal spaces you own and the clubhouses you belong to will be viewable in one convenient location.
• Friends: Finding your friends in PlayStation Home has never been easier. View the current location of your friends in PlayStation Home, and then navigate there to enjoy the action together.
• Explore: Browse all the spaces PlayStation Home offers. Finding a space that suites your taste and mood has never been easier.
• Recommend: Keep up with what’s hot in PlayStation Home. This regularly updated category will feature the newest and most exciting additions to PlayStation Home.

 

That said, PlayStation Home will be taking some downtime tomorrow to implement the changes, so you’ll have to wait until they’re done so you can check out the Final Fantasy XIII Home items also coming tomorrow.
