PS3 accessories from Joytech for Europe launch

Take-Two Interactive Software subsidiary Joytech announced today that it will be releasing a lot of PS3 peripherals to coincide with the console launch in Europe on March 23, 2007. If you’re not quite familiar with the company, please take note that it is more known for its accessories for the Wii.

Anyway, the new line of PS3 peripherals cover almost anything, from solving connectivity problems to preventing overheating issues. Here is a quick rundown of the products:

• Trilink Switcher: Ideal for owners of multiple HDMI equipped AV sources; the Trilink Switcher features a remote control or Manual Selector Switch for easy navigation of chosen HDMI source at a touch of a button. Full support for HDCP content (High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection), and HDMI 1.3 specification is provided.
• Fusion Charging Station: Designed for use with the PlayStation 3 SIXAXIS controller, the Fusion Charging Station stores and protects the controller when not in use whilst discretely charging the internal Lithium-ion battery.
• Fusion Cooling Fan: The Fusion Cooling Fan attaches safely and seamlessly to the console and through three USB powered fans, keeps the console cool when in operation. Whisper quiet and no need for batteries or an external power supply.
• XT1080 HDMI Cable: Engineered for ultimate performance and reliability, the XT1080 HDMI Cable brings high definition gaming and Blu-ray movies to life. Triple shielded, oxygen free copper conductors deliver digital video and audio in unsurpassed quality and breathtaking clarity.
