PS3 RayStorm HD in North America is a big “maybe”

Today, RayStorm HD launches for the Xbox 360. The PS3 version comes tomorrow, but that’s only in Japan. When asked if that’ll ever happen in the West, a Square Enix rep replies that there’s a big reason why it hasn’t happened, but they’re not fully closing doors on the subject.

“There is a tough reason I cannot disclose…Sorry. It might take time but may be in the future,” the rep said, replying to a query on yet another Square Enix Twitter account. “Maybe in the future?” That’s better than a flat out “never gonna happen”.
