PS3 version of Spider-Man 3 delayed in Europe

The third Spider-Man movie is slated for a worldwide release on May 4 (although Ryan A.‘s already watched it thanks to the magic of advanced screenings). To coincide with the film’s theatrical release, the multiplatform Spider-Man 3 video game will also be released on the same day for all of its target consoles.

Well, that was the plan anyway. European PS3 owners will have to wait longer to experience the game on their next gen consoles. According to Pro-G, Activision UK has confirmed that the PS3 version of Spider-Man 3 has been delayed for two weeks and is now slated for a May 18 release. No reason was given for the delay.
