PSPTactics 1.04: bugfix for 5.00 M33-3

It’s been a while since we got any updates on Davgav’s PSPTactics homebrew game, so it came as a bit of a surprise when we spotted a new PSPTactics release on our PSP Development forums.
Anyway, this new version of PSPTactics fixes a bug that affected those running custom firmware 5.00 M33-3. Davgav also noted that there are other bugfixes as well, but there were no specific on these fixes.
