PxP Compo entry: teaser vid for Gunnar Hero

The PxP Homebrew Coding Compo is well underway, and this time around, you better expect some really cool games. All entries for the competition must be in by March 17, so we can see a couple of new homebrew releases by the end of the week. Just like this promising one from hardhat.

He posted a teaser video of his Guitar Hero homebrew spin-off and it’s called Gunnar Hero. Right now, it’s on its tenth build and has a 20-track line up of songs in its library. As it stands, you’d use the L-trigger, [], X, O, and R-trigger, and press the down on the D-pad to strum – however, hardhat says that he intends to put in a button re-mapping feature. Cool beans, ya?

He plans to release another demo video – one which will include his song list. But as for the full game itself, he promises to release it sometime during the weekend. Will he make it? Well, regardless, this is still looking one sweet game to look out for.
