After more than a year of hiatus, Japanese PlayStation Portable homebrew developer bkclog has come out and rolled out a new build to the emulator QUASI88, bumping the program up to version 0.6.3.
For those not so familiar with this program, QUASI88 is actually a Sony handheld-compatible emulator that allows users to run the vintage computer created by NEC Corporation known as the PC-8801. This system first appeared back in 1981.
The new release does come with documentation but as expected, it’s in Japanese. The coder was also brief regarding changes but mentioned that there have been improvements in the save state feature.
