RE Degeneration - Image 1If you weren’t able to catch Resident Evil: Degeneration when it was shown in theaters, there’s about half a million copies floating around – and yes, that’s worldwide. Now I’ve been hearing some flak about the movie – some people calling it “a very, very long CG custcene from a game.” Well, to each their own. Not that calling it an extended cutscene is altogether a bad thing. I enjoyed it, at the very least. Pretty fun, actually – well worth it indeed. And damn, I gotta love that RE inside joke when Claire defends herself with a red and white umbrella.

Besides, if you’re getting Resident Evil 5 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 next week (Whoa, it’s next week already?!), the movie sort of establishes TriCell Pharmaceutical.
