Developer chrisp6825 passed by the QJ.NET Forums to announce the release of the Reverb homebrew game. The object of this game is for you, the player, to get the white ball to the purple square on the opposite side of the screen. It’s based on the game compulse.
It’s not as easy as it sounds: You’ll be contending with the effects of gravity and friction, which you can counter-act with proper use of the included anti-gravity balls. Those out for a challenge will want use as little blocks as possible, even as they plot the shortest route for the purple square. As for the controls (Quoting chrisp6825):
You move the “mouse” around with arrow keys or analog. If you hold L and move the analog it moves slower. Press and hold cross on the boxes on the left to make new ones to place on course. Circle resets the level, and Square deletes the top block under the mouse.
This lua game has been successfully tested on LuaPlayer HM 5.0. chrisp6825’s also planning a couple of improvements for Reverb’s future releases, such as the inclusion of a countdown timer, and bomb obstacles. Those interested in reading further into this game will want to visit chrisp6825’s release thread over in the QJ.NET PSP Development Forum.
