Richard Garriott’s Tabula Rasa update: respec, rage update

It was announced on the official Richard Garriot’s Tabula Rasa website that players will be getting a respec. This will be implemented after the update that fixes the Rage bug. In addition, the developers also clarified some of the changes they plan on making to the Rage skill.

It was announced on the official Richard Garriot’s Tabula Rasa website that players will be getting a respec. This will be implemented after the update that fixes the Rage bug. In addition, the developers also clarified some of the changes they plan on making to the Rage skill.

For those new to the MMORPG scene, respec resets both the attribute and skill points of a character. It then allows the player to reassign the points wherever they want.  While this won’t allow the character to switch classes, it does give players a chance to fix their builds without having to start over.

NCsoft also saw fit to make some clarifications on the changes they plan on implementing. As we previously reported, the skill Rage is now a Fast Cast. According to the Tabula Rasa devs, this means that the skill will begin to work almost immediately from the time it’s selected. This would effectively make the skill easier to use in battle.
