Rock Band gets Red Hot Chili Peppers, Soundgarden, and KISS
Three more bands have been confirmed to be bringing their tunes to Harmonix‘s Rock Band for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PS2. The first band coming up is Soundgarden, with their Grammy Award-winning song, Black Hole Sun.
Also arriving for Rock Band is Red Hot Chili Peppers and their single, Dani California. This song’s part of the band’s Stadium Arcadium album, and debuted in 2006’s The Billboard Hot 100 at 24th place, then gradually moving up to 6th place. Lastly, we’ve got KISS, with their single Detroit Rock City. The song’s written by Paul Stanley and Bob Ezrin, and details the death of a real KISS fan due to a car accident.
