Rumor: Two new iPhones coming this year?

iphone-thumbAccording to insider reports from WSJ and Engadget, Apple is currently developing two new iPhone models, a next-gen iPhone dubbed as the iPhone HD and a new CDMA-capable version that could run on either the Verizon or Sprint’s network.

 

 

Could this be the alleged screen of iPhone 4G?

 

According to insider reports from WSJ and Engadget, Apple is currently developing two new iPhone models, a next-gen iPhone dubbed as the iPhone HD and a new CDMA-capable version that could run on either the Verizon or Sprint’s network.

 

The fist model, dubbed as the iPhone HD will be out this summer. It is said to be much thinner and will feature a A4-class CPU, a 960 x 640 resolution display, a front-facing camera, and will enable third-party multitasking in iPhone OS 4.0 while the second model on the other hand, the CDMA iPhones are not scheduled to go into mass production until September.
