Season finale: Heavenly Sword’s Legend of the Sword Pt. 5: Day of the Warrior
The final installment of Ninja Theory‘s animated series is finally here – Legend of the Sword Part 5: Day of the Warrior. It was previously announced that the series would only run for five episodes depicting events that have happened before the story in Heavenly Sword. This is the last of the bunch… and probably the best too.

So, following the previous episode, this “season finale” starts right at the birth of the Heavenly Warrior, as the prophecy would have it. But “to have” is far different from “to get” and let’s just say that even oracles could sometimes forget their mom’s birthdays.
The prophecy was a let down. They didn’t get a Heavenly Warrior per se… They got none other than… Oh, you’ll see for yourself. Again, we won’t give spoilers (umm, right, as if that hard so hard to guess to begin with). We’ll hint at a cliff-hanger of an ending though: it’s highly reminiscent of 300’s “Our arrows will blot out the sun!” sort of moment. Hoohah!
