September NPD Sales: PS3 hits a first, tops Wii and Xbox 360
The NPD results are out for the month of September, and look at what we have here! A mighty and proud showing of PS3 sales finally taking over the spot beyond the Xbox 360 and the Wii — for the first time ever. That’s not to say that it topped all of the charts, though. A couple hundred thousands more till it successfully topples down the Nintendo DS from its # 1 spot.
