Skate to the sound of punk in EA’s new Skate trailer
Some things are more fun when paired with the proper musical accompaniment. In this new trailer from Electronic Arts‘ Skate, the skateboarders nail tricks with Agent Orange playing in the background.
For those who aren’t familiar with them, Agent Orange (no, not the herbicide) is a punk band, you may have probably guessed. They also delved in other music genres like punk rock and surf punk, but they are better known for being one of skate-punk’s pioneers. Their song “Bloodstains” was included in another skating video game, Tony Hawk‘s Pro Skater 4. In this Skate trailer, they provided the track “No Such Thing” which seems appropriate enough for the tricks performed in the video.
We won’t spoil all the fun for you. By the way, Skate for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 is set to ollie on the shelves this August. Enjoy the video!
