Sony is Most Trusted Name amongst Video Games
Forrester Research conducted a news report that has Sony’s brand trusted higher than Microsoft and Nintendo by consumers. The study mentioned that this is probably because Sony offers a wide variety of products that the general population has learned to trust. Microsoft had a lot of distrust amongst it’s 5.4 million household users, while Sony seems to have an overall satisfactory appeal to it’s younger consumers. Although this doesn’t necessarily mean that the PS3 will be better than the Revolution and the 360, it does show that the vast majority of the people would feel safe buying from Sony.
