Sony Korea to release DJ Max new PSP-3000 bundle.
SCEK is gearing up for the latest addition to the PSP family, and they want it all bundled up with joy. Yep, SCEK has teamed up with Pentavision for the DJ Max bundle with the PSP-3000, but it’s just for Korea.
Sony Computer Entertainment Korea‘s (SCEK) webpage shows that they have a plan for the PSP-3000, and it’s gonna bring you a bundle of joy — quite literally.
Looks like the company has teamed up with local developer Pentavision to have the Pearl White PSP-3005* packaged together with the DJ Max Portabole Clazziquai Edition. Also included in the bundle are selected albums speakers for 278, 000 won (US$ 235).
But of course it’s all about choices, so they’re also releasing an alternative bundle which includes a PSP-3005, a DMB tuner (a device used for mobile TV), and speakers also for 270, 000 won. There’s no official word yet, but it seems like the said DMB tuner will be the same as the one released in Japan.
If you’re outside Korea, though, do not lose hope. It doesn’t seem too far off that they’ll be bringing it to other territories, like Europe, since countries there are already testing the DMB service out. However, and unfortunately, the US of A won’t be getting it for sure, since our mobile TV format here is different.
* In case you get confused, the PSP-3005 mentioned in this article is the same model as the PSP-3000 announced for Japan. The only difference is i n the last digit, because 5 signifies the Region Number of Korea, hence PSP-3005. But other than that technical difference, it’s still the Slim & Lite with Built-in microphone and brighter screen PSP.
