Sony sending out invites for MAG public beta enrollment

Sony‘s started sending out invites for MAG‘s public beta enrollment. Note that getting this doesn’t guarantee you a spot in the beta. The code included in the invite just nets you access to a closed application form. The beta will be done in waves, so if you don’t manage to get accepted once there’s still a chance for you to be invited in subsequent waves.
QJ.NET forums member gameplayer502 also clued us in on some of the questions included in the enrollment form. Apparently you just have to answer 10 questions ranging from why they should choose you to whether or not you have and HD and surround sound equipment.
