Soul Calibur 4 screenshots: Raphael versus Hildegard

Take a bunch of sword wielding individuals, throw them in a tournament where they proceed to bash each others till one can’t stand up and you get Namco’s Soul Calibur IV (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3).

Gamespot posted a few screenshots of the game which feature Raphael going up against newcomer to the series, Hildegard von Krone. See more of Hildegarde after the jump!

If you’ve been following this game and want to see more of it, you’ve come to the right place. Gamespot posted a few screenshots of the game which feature Raphael going up against newcomer to the series, Hildegard von Krone.

We’re going to have to wait and see if this current iteration of Soul Calibur lives up to the reputation the series has garnered since it started back in 1996 with Soul Edge.  If it does, then we’re definitely going to be getting a good fighting game for our consoles next year.
